Üniversiteden İngiliz Dili ve Eğitimi mezunuyum.Liseden Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi mezunuyum. Öğretmenlik mesleğini çekirdekten öğrenmiş, 15 yıllık, öğretmekten büyük keyif alan ve öğrencilerini çok seven, iyi iletişim kurabilen bir öğretmenim.1996 yılından itibaren ders ve özel ders vermeye başladım.Ayrıca AMERİKA BİRLEŞİK DEVLETLERİNDE İleri Düzey İngilizce Kursunu ( Advanced Language Proficiency Skills ) başarıyla bitirdim ve diploma aldım.İlköğretim-ortaokul-lise-üniversite-dershane öğretmenlikleri yaptım ve tüm öğrenci konularını biliyorum. Özel ders, iş İngilizcesi, yetişkinler, ünversite öğrencileri, konuşma, dinleme, sınavlara hazırlık ve birçok alanda ders vermekteyim. Şu an ders vermekte olduğum öğrenciler referansımdır.Ders vermekte olduğum öğrenciler arasında yetişkin öğrenciler ki bunlara konuşma ve dinleme dersi,kolej öğrencisi okul derslerine yardımcı olmak için,SBS İngilizce dersi için test çalışması,Üniversite öğrencisine hazırlık sınıfını geçmesi için İngilizce ders verdim ve vermekteyim. Devlet Üniversitesinde İngilizce OKUTMANLIĞI, FONO Açıköğretim Kurumunda İngilizce ÖĞRETMENLİĞİ yaptım. Halen yabancı dille eğitim yapan bir devlet okulunda öğretmenlik yapmaktayım. İNGİLİZCE benimle çok kolay ve keyifli çünkü öğretmeyi çok seviyorum. Arayın pişman olmazsınız. Ayrıca KPDS-YDS-ÜDS-TOEFL-PROFICIENCY-IELTS-TOEIC-KET-PET-FCE-CAE-CPE-MICHIGAN TEST-FLAT-GENEL İNGİLİZCE-SKILLS dersleri de verebilirim. Her yaş ve seviyede öğrenci kabül edebilirim.İLERİ DÜZEY İNGİLİZCE ÖĞRENMEK İSTEYEN ( dinleme-konuşma becerileri ) ARKADAŞLARA DAHA DA FAZLASIYLA YARDIMCI OLABİLİRİM. SAYGILARIMLA.Yabancı dil öğrenmek büyük bir ilgi ve sevgiyle çabuk ve kolayca başarılacak bir süreçtir.Aşağıdaki metinde neden öğretmen olduğumu anlattım.
WHY DID I BECOME A TEACHER?
Since my elementary school years,I have treasured the idea of becoming a teacher.Throughout my schooling I saw my teachers struggle to teach us how to become useful and happy human beings.This observation impressed me very much and helped me to set my mind to becoming a teacher.At that time I also found out that my personal nature and character were also suitable for this profession,which demands patience,affection and tolerance in dealing with the young. I am happy to see that the goal which I had set so many years ago was not a wrong one because I like teaching better than any other profession.
During my studies in the USA and Turkey I realized that knowing English has broadened my understanding of life and people in general.So it is obvious that by teaching my students well,I am helping them to understand each other’s beliefs and values.By learning English,my students can enjoy communicating with the world and take part in improving international friendship and peace.During my teaching I have always tried to establish a good dialogue with my students who are rather young and eager to learn.I derive a great pleasure from teaching my students necessary skills,information and values which help them to become decent and responsible citizens.
The interaction between me,as a teacher,and my students also improves my personal characteristics and values.For example,I have learned how to remain calm and make on-the –spot decisions whenever an unexpected situation arises.It is also nice to observe that after a short time mutual trust is established and my students are anxious to improve their existing knowledge.Teaching means a lot to me.It is not only a livelihood,but also a job to be proud of.Seeing my students develop,become mature adults and useful human beings both for themselves and the others is only one of the rewards of being a teacher.
In this presentation my objective was to communicate the reasons why I teach.I would like to emphasize the fact that teaching is an ideal job for me. It is not only a gratifying,but also a constantly changing field of study.Researchers all over the world are trying to find ways of improving methodology and strategies of teaching.
To sum up,from the moment you go into the classroom your entire focus should be on the learners.To me that’s the epitome of a good teacher. Teachers must have the ability of being in the learners’ shoes and be with the learners all the time.For me this is the clear indication that they know what they are doing and they are great teachers.GREAT TEACHERS INSPIRE,MOTIVATE AND CHANGE THE WORLD.
